Salad for chicken and fish with an oriental twist. Shredded cabbage, aromatic jasmine rice, nuts, peppers, spring onions mixed with or without yoghurt and a dash of soy sauce mixed with tangy Pine Syrup. The sauce can be made separate and warmed slightly to use as a dipping sauce. We added hot crunchy-skinned baked potatoes. —Peppertony Food

  • Handful Chicken or Fish
  • Handful Cabbage, aromatic jasmine rice, nuts, peppers, spring onions, sweetcorn
  • Cup Yoghurt
  • Dash Soy sauce
  • Dash Conifer Syrup
