- Preheat the oven to 325
- Sprinkle the rosemary and honey on the brie. Place in oven.
- Let the Brie cook for about 10-12 minutes, until the brie starts to ooze slightly (honey will be bubbling).
- Remove the brie, sprinkle the pinenuts on the brie.
- Add back to the oven and broil on high for 1 minute.
- Serve warmed!
