Cranberry Walnut Scones made with almond flour and studded with dried cranberries. Only 7 ingredients total, easy blend and bake recipe! —elanaspantry

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
  1. In a food processor pulse together almond flour and baking soda
  2. Pulse in egg, coconut sugar, and orange zest
  3. Transfer dough to a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  4. Form dough into a large circle, 1-1½ inches thick
  5. Cut dough like a pizza, into 8 slices
  6. Bake at 350° for 12-16 minutes until edges are browned
  7. Serve

She leaves out when to add the cranberries and walnuts. The dough was too dry, I added a little half and half to it. I would not make this recipe again.
