Author Notes

Whipped maple butter beats any cinnamon/honey butter we have tried, hands down! This would be delicious on any type of bread, rolls, or breakfast item that needs butter! The butter only has three ingredients and is extremely easy to make! —The Spoon and Pint

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound softened sweet cream salted butter (2 sticks)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Directions
  1. Place butter and milk in a bowl and mix with hand held mixer until light and fluffy. Mix in the maple syrup. If not using the butter right away place in refrigerator. Let butter sit out at room temperature until soft before serving.

This absolutely didn't work for me, as another reviewer stated. I whipped and whipped to no avail, it never came together. It was just lumpy butter with maple syrup sitting at the bottom of the bowl. I followed the directions, and I used high quality ingredients.

This never worked. I followed the recipe and it didn't mix, I know this recipe came out it 2015, and I'm very late, but it is trash

This worked beautifully, you must not have beat it long enough to emulsify. Love it!
