Main Yemenite meal of the day is lunch, which is usually eaten without implements, using a piece of bread to scoop up the food. This bread is easy to prepare and yes, so tasty, one will end up preparing it almost each week. —Elinoar Moore
Ingredients

flour

2 teaspoons
dry yeast

2 cups
water

1 teaspoon
sugar

3/4 teaspoon
salt
Directions

Combine ingredients to a liquid mixture. Cover and refrigerate for up to 10 hours.

With a ladle pour from the mixture into a non stick pot and warm on low heat until it starts to bubble.

Arrange on plate with tahini sauce, any sauce, next to a bowl of soup or with jam
