Hi Tedmom
I must apologize about the errors. Sometimes in my enthusiasm to share I tend to rush through the written word. Thank you for pointing out the mistakes. The recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Crisp thin garlic slivers by frying them in 2 tablespoons of canola oil. I hope this helps.

The ingredients list does not call for oyster sauce or water and does not specify the amount of these ingredients. The directions also do not discuss how to cook the crispy garlic.
