No Bake Raspberry Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Deliciously gooey Raspberry Peanut Butter Granola Bars made with fresh raspberries, peanut butter, oats and chia seeds. A healthy homemade no bake snack that takes just 5 minutes to make! —Megan Olson

  • Makes 10
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup light honey
  • 1 cup Gluten Free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup golden flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. In a bowl, melt honey & nut butter in the microwave 30 seconds
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl & combine
  3. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper
  4. Add mixture and press & flatten using fingers into corners
  5. Set in the fridge 3 hours
  6. Remove & cute into bars
  7. Store in a container in the freezer for up to 1 week
