Ingredients
  • 7-8 red beets (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups Feta
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons nut oil
  • 1/4 cup ground hazelnuts
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Cook the beets in salted water for 50-60 minutes. Peel and grate. Crumble the feta and stir together beets and feta in a bowl
  2. Slice the spring onions. Add onions, hazelnuts, oil and eggs to the beet-feta mixture. Season to taste.
  3. Pour into an pie dish and bake for 25-30 minutes on ca. 375F until cooked
