spring onions

ground hazelnuts

Salt and pepper
Directions

Cook the beets in salted water for 50-60 minutes. Peel and grate.
Crumble the feta and stir together beets and feta in a bowl

Slice the spring onions. Add onions, hazelnuts, oil and eggs to the beet-feta mixture. Season to taste.

Pour into an pie dish and bake for 25-30 minutes on ca. 375F until cooked
