1/4 cup cold coconut cream

3/4 cup water

frozen bananas, chopped (approximately 300 grams)**

teaspoons maple syrup

flesh of 1 small lemon

1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract optional extras

blueberries
Directions

Place the smoothie ingredients into your processor and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries if desired.
