Author Notes: A no bake snack bite made with almond butter and oats blended with winter spices. A healthy snack solution that will save you time and money! —Megan Olson
- 8 tablespoons GF rolled oats
- 8 tablespoons almond flour
- 4 tablespoons almond butter
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 packet truvia sweetener
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor to combine
- Be careful not to over combine, they just need to be loosely combined
- Roll the batter into balls & place in the refrigerator to harden
