Author Notes: Spring into summer with this dreamy almond coconut smoothie! Made with Almond Breeze, raspberries and bananas and topped with coconut for pizzaz, this vibrant smoothie will be on blender repeat for months to come. —Megan Olson
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 ripe frozen bananas
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of preference
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Add ingredients to a blender & combine
- Add to a glass & enjoy!
