Author Notes: This is absolutely delicious and the kind of recipe I love: VERY easy. During warm weather we tried grilling it and it came out wonderful. Give it a try and, if you remember, let me know your thoughts. —MrsK
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 chicken leg quarters, about 3 Lb
- In a gallon size freezer bag, combine ketchup, soy sauce, honey and garlic. Put chicken in the bag; seal it and squeeze in order to coat the bird. Turn bag from time to make sure chicken is coated well. (Or you can freeze it and let it marinate while it thaws overnight in refrigerator.)
- Arrange chicken quarters on a well-oiled baking sheet. Drizzle sauce over it and bake it at 375 F for 45-60 minutes.
