Author Notes

Date and Comté Bites are my Ace-in-the-Hole when I'm scrambling, heading to a party, and need a dish that's delicious+simple. I strongly recommend sticking to salty, nutty cheeses like gruyere or comté to balance out the rich sweetness of the dates. —The Bee Lake
