Herby Edamame Hummus

Author Notes: Herby Edamame Hummus made with a few ingredients in a blender, this simple hummus is layered with creamy Greek yogurt and bouncing with tangy, herby flavors of mint and cilantro. A healthy, gluten free protein packed snack for any day of the week! —Megan Olson

teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

cup cilantro

sprigs of mint

salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Remove and devour!
