Serves 1

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lime
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root
  • 2 cups ice for chilling
  1. Place all ingredients in a juicer to blend.
  2. Add the juice to a glass with ice and enjoy!
