Author Notes: For this super healthy recipe, you can add whatever you want : chicken, tuna, salmon, peas, corn, tomatoes.... I added some yummy veggies chips, just because —Virginie Degryse
- 2 large leaves of green collard
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small cucumber, julienne cut
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- Remove the stem from the leaves. Arrange them on a board, spread 1 tbsp of hummus on each and arrange the veggies on top. Wrap them like a burrito and done!
