For this super healthy recipe, you can add whatever you want : chicken, tuna, salmon, peas, corn, tomatoes.... I added some yummy veggies chips, just because —Virginie Degryse

  • Serves 2
Ingredients
  • 2 large leaves of green collard
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 small cucumber, julienne cut
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Remove the stem from the leaves. Arrange them on a board, spread 1 tbsp of hummus on each and arrange the veggies on top. Wrap them like a burrito and done!
  2. Et Voila, Bon Appetit!
