Ingredients

large leaves of green collard

carrots, grated

small cucumber, julienne cut

2 tablespoons
hummus
Directions

Remove the stem from the leaves. Arrange them on a board, spread 1 tbsp of hummus on each and arrange the veggies on top. Wrap them like a burrito and done!
