Directions
Preserved lemon pure
- Discard lemon flesh and rinse. Chop into smaller pieces. Put lemon and oil in a mini food processor or blender, you want some texture, not overly pureed.
Dressing
- Place everything in the small bowl or jar and mix.
- 1 Butter lettuce, cleaned and washed.
- Just before serving mix with lettuce.
