Serves 6

  • 1 cup of thick plain yoghurt.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Grind all above tougher
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 1 small piece green chili
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1/2tsp turmeric
  1. Heat a pan
  2. Add 1 tsp oil
  3. Add few black mustard seeds wait to pop.
  4. Add a few fenugreek seeds
  5. Add 1 small shallot sliced
  6. Fry till shallot golden
  7. Tern off flame then add spices and yoghurt stir.
