Serves 8

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams flour
  • 0,5 packets baking powder
  • 50 milliliters oil
  • 8 cups milk
  • 1 large oignon
  • 1 k,ob of butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 6 small figs
  • 30 grams chopped walnuts
  1. Peel the onion, chop it up and put to melt in a pan with one hazelnut of butter. Add brown sugar and sauté until the onion brown. Remove the tail and cut the figs into quarters.
  2. Put flour and yeast in a bowl. Add eggs and mix. Then add the oil and milk and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the figs, walnuts, onion, mustard and honey and mix. Butter the pan and pour in the preparation. Bake for 35min at 180 ° C.
