What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 300 grams cooked beets
  • 150 grams chickpea
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 0,5 lemon juice
  • 1 bunch olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until having a smooth puree. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
