Even simple recipes require thought and a little love. My husband struggles with a variety of health issues, and we do our best to include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in our daily food plan. Although simple, this smoothie is a great breakfast for "my old smoothy"! —cookwithsusan

Low-fat, low-sugar yogurt, if diet permits

Non-fat milk

1/4 teaspoon
Honey

Cinnamon

Fresh strawberries

Frozen banana
Directions

Place all ingredients in blender, cover, and blend until smooth in texture. Serve immediately.
