My husband struggles with a variety of health issues, and we do our best to include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in our daily food plan. ounces Low-fat, low-sugar yogurt, if diet permits
ounces Non-fat milk
cup Fresh strawberries
- Place all ingredients in blender, cover, and blend until smooth in texture. Serve immediately.
