Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 4 pitted medjool dates
  • 1.5 cups water (divided 1 cup and 1/2 cup)
  • 1 pinch salt
Directions
  1. Soak cashews and dates in 1 cup water overnight (or at least 10 hours).
  2. Pour out water, add soaked cashews and dates with 1/2 cup fresh water to blender. Add 1/8tsp salt (just a pinch) and stevia drops if desired.
  3. Blend for one minute on high until creamy. Chill in fridge overnight for best results. Good for 5-7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
