A "kitchen sink" sort of recipe. It's strawberry season. I don't like the texture of cucmbers, but I do love the flavor. This solves that problem. —jennorwood

chopped, unpeeled cucumber

crushed ice

cold water or lime juice

honey

mint (optional)
Directions

Combine all ingredients and use a hand blender to blend into a smoothie. Great for weekday breakfast with toast!
