Crostini with Gorgonzola, Pear, and Walnut

  • Serves 4 to 6
  • A small loaf of ciabatta
  • A generous chunk of gorgonzola
  • 1 pear
  • 1 handful walnuts
In This Recipe
  1. Roughly slice the bread, and smear generously with gorgonzola.
  2. Core and slice the pear.
  3. Top each slice of bread with a couple of slices of pear and half a walnut.
