Boost your immune system with an Orange Carrot Ginger Juice packed with healthy citrus and carrots. This juice has tons of flavor, a zing of tartness and is full of nourishment. The perfect juice to spring clean your diet! —Megan Olson

What You'll Need
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  1. Place all ingredients in a juicer and blend until smooth.*
  2. Transfer to a glass, add ice and a straw and enjoy!
  3. *If you do not have a juicer, place all ingredients in a blender (just be sure to peel the carrots & orange before). Blend until smooth, then place a mesh strainer over a bowl and pour blended juice over the strainer. Discard the pulp and pour juice into a glass.
