One-Bite Stuffed Peppers with Quail Egg

Ingredients
  • 6 pieces green bell pepper
  • 6 pieces quail egg
  • 1/4 piece onion (medium size)
  • 200 grams ground meat (beef and pork)
  • 1/3 tablespoon paprika powder
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Japanese Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
Directions
  1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise, and remove seeds.
  2. Cook quail eggs in boiling water. Peel them and cut in half lengthwise.
  3. Stuff peppers with above mixture, and put eggs on them, and bake 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
