This is a delicious and easy vegan smoothie bowl recipe. All seven of the chakras light up with the recipe that uses all seven colors of the rainbow. It is ready in less than 10 minutes and perfect for any meal. —Bloom Baby Yoga

  • Serves 2
Ingredients
  • Base
  • 1 packet frozen acai
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 bananas - fresh or frozen
  • 2 dates
  • 1 splash almond milk
  • Toppings
  • 1 handful fresh strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 fresh mango - cubed
  • 1 fresh banana - sliced
  • 1 fresh kiwi - sliced
  • 1 handful fresh blackberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Walnuts or other nuts
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Blend all base ingredients together in blender.
  2. Top with toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
