Super simple breakfast made with superfood acai juice, oats, chia seeds & coconut yogurt and then topped with berries and chopped almonds —Sprinkles & Saturdays

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chai Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Acai Juice
  • 1 handful Raspberries
  • 1 handful Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
Directions
  1. Place the coconut yogurt, oats, chia seeds and acai juice in a bowl or jar and stir together. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight or for 20 minutes minimum. Before serving, stir in more acai juice if you need to thin it out at all. Top with berries and almonds.
