  • fish broth clam broth fresh tuna
  • 2 quarts fish broth
  • 2 quarts clam broth
  • 1/2 pound fresh tuna fillet
  • 1/2 pound bluefish fillet
  • 1/ pounds fresh herring
  • 1 cup red wine

  1. fish broth clam broth fresh tuna
  2. heat broth in a deep pot add tuna bring to swift boil reduce to simmer
  3. add other fish add red wine Bring to boil again the reduce to simmer
  4. simmer for 2/2 half to 3 hours serve
