  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia
  • 20 mint leaves, cut into ribbons

  1. In a one quart mason jar stir together water, lime juice, and stevia
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds
  3. Add mint ribbons to each popsicle
  4. Set timer for 30 minutes
  5. Place sticks into semi-frozen popsicles
  6. Freeze for 3 hours
  7. Serve
