Author Notes: from Wilmington, NC mixologist & author Joel Finsel. In his words, "One of my favorite summertime drink creations is the Lotus. It's light, clean and refreshing. Pairs equally well with sushi (particularly spicy bits or anything at all dipped in savory soy sauce and wasabi) and anything char-grilled".drinkoftheweek

  • 3/4 ounce Domaine du Canton
  • 4 pieces sliced cucumber

After sufficiently pulverized, add Hendrick's and a level scoop of ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain carefully into pre-chilled glass careful to limit the amount of pulp.
