Serves 2 people
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2-4 tablespoons acai powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 fresh banana
- handfuls sliced strawberries
- 1 sliced kiwi
- handfuls fresh blackberries
- handfuls shaved, unsweetened coconut
- Toss the first seven ingredients in a food processor or blender. Should be slightly thicker than a smoothie. Place in a bowl and top with remaining fruit and coconut.
