Keto Chocolate Smoothie with 6 ingredients --coconut milk, protein powder, chia seeds, stevia, dark chocolate, and ice. A low-carb, high-fat milkshake. —elanaspantry

  • Serves 2
Ingredients
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk (375 grams)
  • 1/4 cup egg-white protein powder (20 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds (20 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla stevia
  • 1/3 cup chopped 85% dark chocolate (50 grams)
  • 2-3 cups ice

Directions
  1. In a vitamix, combine coconut milk, protein powder, chia, and stevia
  2. Blend in chocolate until smooth
  3. Blend in ice cubes until mixture is well combined
  4. Serve
