Author Notes

Extra thick pork loin chops, crusted in cumin seeds and dusted with smoked paprika, then grilled to perfection. Simple but savory and delicious. In fact, this "recipe" is so simple, exact measurements are not necessary. —The Enchanted Cook

I love this recipe. So simple and flavorful. I serve it with a mango or pineapple salsa and an orzo salad with more grilled veggies. Perfect summer dish.
