Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Frozen applesauce cubes, unsweetened (about 5 cubes)
Pure maple syrup
Fresh ginger, grated
Cinnamon for topping
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon.
