Serves 4

  • 4 pieces beef
  • 1 cup figs
  • 1/4 pound parmesan
  • 1 bunch fresh curry
  • 1/4 liter olive oil
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  1. Put the beef on a plate for oven
  2. Put the basil under and over the figs , then the fresh curry, red pepper flakes, the minced parmesan and then the olive oil. Leave it there for 3 hours. Then to the oven
