Lavender Meat balls with garlic white sauce

  • Serves 4
Ingredients
  • Meat balls
  • 1.5 pounds meat
  • 12 pieces lavender chopped flowers
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bunch chopped basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Garlic white sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup maizena powder
  • 4 pieces chopped garlic cloves
  • 4 pieces lavender
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1.5 pounds small potatoes

Directions
  1. Mix all the meat ball ingredients, make the balls and put a side.
  2. Put the butter in a pan, add the onion, then the milk , then the lavender and the garlic.
  3. Put the meat balls in a pan to fry then put them in the sauce and let them boil. Serve with potatoes and add the grated cheese over the meat balls
