Serves 1

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 chopped cherries
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
  1. Add the cherries, the chopped onio, the blackpeper and the garlic powder to fry
  2. Add the eggs to the pan, then add the basil and the salt, let the eggs cook for a few min till get firm
  3. Then add the chesse , fold and serve
