Asian Slaw as I have began calling it, is simply a wish mash of flavours, that generally go together, but that don’t contain any fat.

So this coleslaw is very easy to make, and is also very wet.

Delicious in a wrap or with some Spiral Pie or Curry for example. —FatLadFood

What You'll Need
  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Parsnip
  • 1/2 Courgette
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  1. Using a grater or a prep machine, grate all of the vegetables down and add to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the soy sauce, chili sauce and Sugar, combining well with the vegetables.
  3. Add salt & Pepper to taste.
