What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 16 ounces can of refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 6 large eggs, soft scrambled
  • 1/2 pound turkey breakfast sausage, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • fresh chives for garnish
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook sausage and eggs; set aside.
  3. Remove biscuits from package and cut into sixths.
  4. Place biscuit pieces in a large bowl and toss with 4 Tbsp. melted butter.
  5. Add scrambled eggs, sausage, and shredded cheese, and toss to combine. I like to use my hands and make sure all of the biscuits are separated and coating in butter and eggs and sausage are evenly distributed.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased 6 cup bundt pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan 5-10 minutes, then use a knife or spatula to loosen edges.
  9. Invert bread onto a plate.
  10. For Cheese Sauce
  11. Melt butter in a small saucepan. When it's bubbly, add flour and whisk continuously until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Whisk in milk so there are no lumps. Continue to whisk until thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted and add salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Top with chives and serve immediately.
