Ingredients

Black radish, thinly sliced (using a mandolin)

2 cups
Water

1/4 cup
Sea salt

Butter
-
Good crusty bread
Directions

Make a brine by combining the salt and water. Add the sliced radish. Place in the refrigerator and soak in the brine for 3 to 5 days.

To serve: Butter a slice of the good crusty bread and place a slice of the radish on top. Enjoy!
