Author Notes: Dairy-free, gluten-free, superfood-filled smoothie that can be made vegan! Perfect smoothie to pretend you're on vacation AND get your greens in. —Jenna S.
- 1 cup chopped fresh papaya
- 1/4 piece avocado
- 1/2 piece banana
- 1/4 cup cooked mashed sweet potato
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 packet collagen powder
- Add all ingredients to the blender
- Blend, blend, blend
- Add ice if needed - for a thick smoothie 12+ cubes are suggested.
- Serve in 2 glasses (or one GIANT one!)
- Top with favorite fruit + superfood toppings.
