Ingredients
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease and lightly flour preferred baking dish. (I use either a 9x5 Loaf pan, or three 4x2x2 Loaf pans, or even small bundt or twist pans if I want a cute design)
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, stir bananas, milk, and cinnamon. In a stand mixer (or by hand), beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs to butter mixture one at a time until fully incorporated. Stir banana mixture into butter mixture, then flour mixture a little at a time. Once blended, fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into prepared pan(s) and bake for 70 minutes. If using the smaller loaf pans bake for 50-60 minutes, check with toothpick. If using small bundt pans or twist pans, bake for 40 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes then on wire rack for 10. Enjoy!
