I will admit I have been seeing these cropping up over the last year or so, but being lazy as I am, I just never got round to making Hasselback Potatoes.
How wrong I was (and generally am). —FatLadFood
Ingredients

Small Potatoes

cloves of Garlic

2
sprigs of Rosemary

2 tablespoons
Olive Oil
Directions

Pre-heat your oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 5.

Slice each potato around 10 times through but do not cut to the end. When finished, they should fan out, or look like a little hedgehog.

Put them all into a baking tray, and cover in the oil, seasoning, chopped garlic and rosemary.

Bake in the oven for 45mins, or until crispy.
