Does the job and is delicious! I cut up a whole chicken and used Corona (had to use a little less beer bc my croc pot is small). It has a unusual (but good) smell I think from the beer, but it's really versatile and tender

First recipe from Food 52 I did not think was good. I have cooked hundreds.

Hi Sue, I am sorry to hear the recipe did not turn out for you. Was there anything specific you did not like or that did not meet your expectations?

It turned out great when I made it - moist and shreddable. Hoping I can help for next time. Thanks.
