Makes: 1 to 2 glass

Ingredients

  • 3 Carrot, grated
  • 1 Ginger, peeled
  • 1/4 Greek plain yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 handful Ice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
