Stuff generous amounts of Clawson Dairy Blue Stilton in where the pit was

Ingredients
  • container Dried Medjool dates sliced longways half through and pitted
  • large wedge Stuff dates with generous amount of Clawson Dairy Blue Stilton
  • 1 Glass of very cold champagne
Directions
  1. Partially slice the dried dates longways and remove the pit
  2. Insert generous amount of Stilton
  3. Serve with very cold glass of champagne or Blanc de Noirs
