What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Wild caught salmon
  • 1/2 cup white or black sesame seeds
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive or sesame oil
  • Salt + Pepper to Taste
Directions
  1. Squeeze the juice of the lemon on the salmon.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil or sesame oil (sesame oil compliments the sesame seeds and provides a nice Asian flavor profile).
  3. Season with salt + pepper.
  4. Coat entire top of salmon with white or black or mixed sesame seeds.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. 20 Minutes for a more medium temperature.
  6. Garnish with herbs, lemon wedges and serve with any pasta, rice or salad you like.
  7. Enjoy! P.S. the leftovers make an excellent topping on a salad for tomorrow's lunch.
