Author Notes

Homemade almond milk is so yummy and much healthier than the store bought options. By making a fresh batch for yourself you can ensure there is no processed sugars, preservatives or additives. My basic almond milk recipe is AMAZING, but now we are taking it up a notch. —Laura Marquis

This was my first time making almond milk, and it was a success thanks to this recipe! I had most ingredients on hand so the only investment was a nut bag, which I will probably use quite a bit since I know how easy it is to make nut milks now. The only sub I made was to use 2 tsp of vanilla extract in place of the vanilla powder. I am not sure how much of a difference this made, but I think it still tastes amazing. Thanks for the recipe and good luck in the "Your Best Recipe with Dates" contest.
